みなさん、こんにちは。マハメルコーヒーです。松戸駅西口から徒歩3分、インドネシアコーヒー豆専門店の私たちから、今日はちょっとだけ夜のマハメルのお話です。

写真のタコスの湯気、ライムの香り、インドネシアのビール「BINTANG（ビンタン）」のボトルの水滴。あのテーブルを囲んで、みな様が笑いながらタコスをほおばってくれた光景を思い出すと、今でも胸がじんわり温かくなります。

集まってくれた一人ひとりの表情を見て、「ここまで続けてきてよかったな…」と心の中で何度もつぶやいてました。本当に、応援に感謝しかないです！！

タコスの一口目と、BINTANGのひと口は最高にうまい

カリッと焼いたトルティーヤに、じゅわっと旨みのあるお肉とたっぷりパクチー。そこにキュッとライムをしぼって、BINTANGをひと口。あの瞬間に、インドネシアとメキシコと松戸が一つのテーブルでつながった気がしてます。

コーヒー屋なのに、タコスとビールでわいわいしてる夜。だけど、その真ん中にはいつもインドネシアのコーヒーと、みな様の時間があります。

これからの夜のマハメルについて★

今回のようなタコス＆ミュージックの夜は、不定期でまたやりたいなと思ってます。次はどんな組み合わせにしようか、今からワクワクしてます。

Hello everyone, this is Mahameru Coffee, just 3 minutes from Matsudo Station West Exit, your home for Indonesian coffee.

When I look at these photos – the tacos on simple paper plates, the bright lime wedges, the cold BINTANG bottle beading with tiny drops of water – I can almost hear the laughter from that night again.

All of you leaning in, grabbing a taco with one hand, holding a drink in the other, talking about coffee, travels, life. In that small room, Matsudo, Indonesia, and a little bit of Mexico somehow shared the same table.

A bite of taco, a sip of BINTANG

The tortilla crisp at the edges, juicy meat, a mountain of cilantro, a squeeze of lime – then one easy sip of beer. It was simple food, but the feeling around the table was anything but simple.

I kept looking around and thinking, “We’re really still here together. We made it this far because of everyone in this room.” My heart was full, over and over again.

What’s next for our little night gatherings★

Nights like this – tacos, music, Indonesian drinks and coffee in our small corner of Matsudo – are something I want to keep doing from time to time.
