当店の定番人気メニューである「エゾ鹿キーマカレー」が、この度、より素材の味わいを楽しんでいただけるよう、盛り付けを新しくいたしました。

■ サラダを別盛りにして、それぞれの味をまっすぐに

これまではワンプレートでご提供していた有機野菜のフレッシュサラダを、別盛りのスタイルに変更いたしました。
これにより、カレーはカレーのスパイス感やジビエの旨みを、サラダは野菜本来のフレッシュな味わいを、それぞれじっくりと感じていただけます。

ライスの盛り付けも、従来のドーム型からふんわりと平たく盛る形に見直しました。カレーと絡めやすく、最後まで食べやすくなったかと思います。
2種類のカレーが楽しめる「2種盛り」では、ライスを中央に配置し、両サイドにカレーを盛り付けることで、それぞれの味が混ざることなく楽しめるように工夫しています。

■ どなたにも食べやすいキーマカレーへ

基本的な味付けや原材料はそのままに、従来のドライタイプから、より多くの方に親しんでいただけるようなキーマカレーに仕上げました。
また、お子様や辛いものが苦手な方向けに、ココナッツミルクで仕上げた辛くない「マイルドタイプ」もご用意しておりますので、ご注文の際にお選びください。

セットでご提供している有機野菜のスープとフレッシュサラダは、これまで通りお楽しみいただけます。

■ Announcement: Our Ezo Venison Keema Curry Has a New Look!

Thank you for always visiting Oninowa.
We are excited to announce that we have updated the presentation of our popular Ezo Venison Keema Curry to better highlight the flavors of each ingredient.

Fresh Salad Served Separately
We now serve our fresh organic vegetable salad on a separate plate instead of on the same plate as the curry. This allows you to fully enjoy the authentic taste of the fresh vegetables and the rich, spicy flavor of the curry individually.

We have also changed how we serve the rice, plating it fluffy and flat instead of in a dome shape, making it easier to mix with the curry.
For our two-curry combo plate, the rice is placed in the center to keep the distinct flavors of each curry separate.

A Keema Curry for Everyone
While the recipe remains the same, we have adjusted the texture to appeal to a wider audience. We also offer a non-spicy “mild” version made with coconut milk, which is perfect for children or those who prefer less heat. Please choose your preferred spice level when ordering.

The set still includes our organic vegetable soup and fresh salad.

Our goal is to make gibier (wild game) cuisine more accessible and enjoyable for everyone. We will continue to explore new ways to serve our dishes and hope you will feel more familiar with gibier through our food.
